1. Принятие условий

Используя GetTripSplit (далее — «Сервис»), доступный по адресу gettripsplit.com, вы соглашаетесь соблюдать настоящее Пользовательское соглашение (далее — «Соглашение»). Если вы не согласны с условиями, пожалуйста, не используйте Сервис.

Принимая Соглашение, вы также подтверждаете, что ознакомились с нашей Политикой конфиденциальности и Политикой использования cookie.

2. Описание сервиса

GetTripSplit — веб-приложение для учёта и разделения расходов в совместных поездках. Сервис позволяет:

создавать поездки и добавлять в них участников;
вносить расходы с указанием суммы, категории и даты;
автоматически рассчитывать, кто кому и сколько должен;
использовать AI-анализ расходов (функция на базе GPT-4o OpenAI).

Сервис предоставляется «как есть» («as is»). Мы стремимся обеспечить бесперебойную работу, но не гарантируем 100% доступность.

3. Регистрация и требования к пользователям

Для использования Сервиса вы должны:

Быть не моложе 14 лет. Лица в возрасте от 14 до 18 лет используют Сервис с согласия родителей или законных представителей.
Указать достоверный адрес электронной почты и не передавать данные для входа третьим лицам.
При регистрации подтвердить, что вы не являетесь гражданином Российской Федерации.

      Использование Сервиса гражданами Российской Федерации не допускается в соответствии с нашей политикой (подробнее — в Политике конфиденциальности, раздел 10).
    

Вы несёте ответственность за безопасность своего аккаунта. Немедленно уведомите нас о несанкционированном доступе на support@gettripsplit.com.

4. Ответственность пользователя за данные

Вы несёте полную ответственность за:

точность и законность вносимых данных о расходах;
согласие других участников поездки на обработку их данных в Сервисе;
соблюдение конфиденциальности данных третьих лиц, добавленных в поездки.

Не вносите в Сервис данные других лиц без их ведома и согласия. Мы не несём ответственности за действия пользователей в отношении данных третьих лиц.

5. Запрещённые действия

При использовании Сервиса запрещается:

передавать ложные, вводящие в заблуждение или противоправные данные;
предпринимать попытки несанкционированного доступа к системам Сервиса;
использовать Сервис для автоматической массовой загрузки данных (без письменного разрешения);
реверсивно инженерить, декомпилировать или иным образом извлекать исходный код;
использовать Сервис в нарушение применимого законодательства;
распространять вредоносное программное обеспечение или предпринимать атаки на инфраструктуру Сервиса.

Нарушение запретов может повлечь немедленное прекращение доступа к Сервису.

6. AI-функции

Сервис предлагает функции анализа расходов на основе искусственного интеллекта (GPT-4o, OpenAI).

Важно: AI-анализ предназначен исключительно для информационных целей — удобного обзора и категоризации расходов. Результаты анализа не являются финансовыми советами, инвестиционными рекомендациями или профессиональными консультациями. Не принимайте финансовые решения, основываясь исключительно на результатах AI-анализа.

При использовании AI-функций данные о расходах (суммы, категории, даты) передаются в OpenAI API. Подробнее — в разделе 4 Политики конфиденциальности. Вы можете не использовать AI-функции, если не хотите передавать данные в OpenAI.

7. Интеллектуальная собственность

Сервис, включая программный код, дизайн, логотип и прочие материалы, принадлежит GetTripSplit и защищён законодательством об интеллектуальной собственности.

Вам предоставляется ограниченная, неисключительная, непередаваемая лицензия на использование Сервиса в личных некоммерческих целях.

Данные, которые вы вносите в Сервис (записи о расходах, названия поездок), остаются вашей собственностью. Вы предоставляете нам право на обработку этих данных исключительно в целях оказания услуг.

8. Ограничение ответственности

Сервис предоставляется «как есть» без каких-либо явных или подразумеваемых гарантий. В максимально допустимых применимым законодательством пределах:

мы не несём ответственности за косвенный, случайный или иной ущерб, связанный с использованием Сервиса;
наша совокупная ответственность перед вами не превышает суммы, уплаченной вами за Сервис за последние 12 месяцев;
мы не несём ответственности за потерю данных вследствие технических сбоев (рекомендуем экспортировать данные регулярно).

Ничто в настоящем разделе не ограничивает ответственность в случаях, когда ограничение ответственности запрещено применимым законодательством.

9. Изменение условий

Мы вправе изменять настоящее Соглашение. О существенных изменениях мы уведомим вас по электронной почте или через интерфейс Сервиса не менее чем за 14 дней до вступления изменений в силу.

Продолжение использования Сервиса после уведомления об изменениях означает ваше согласие с новой редакцией Соглашения.

10. Применимое право

Настоящее Соглашение регулируется нормами права Европейского Союза, включая GDPR и Директиву об электронной коммерции 2000/31/EC. Споры подлежат разрешению путём переговоров, а при недостижении согласия — в судах по месту нахождения серверов Сервиса (Нидерланды, ЕС), если только применимое законодательство не предусматривает иной юрисдикции для потребителей.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GetTripSplit (the "Service"), available at gettripsplit.com, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

By accepting these Terms, you confirm that you have read our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

2. Description of Service

GetTripSplit is a web application for tracking and splitting shared travel expenses. The Service allows you to:

create trips and add participants;
log expenses with amounts, categories and dates;
automatically calculate who owes what to whom;
use AI-powered expense analysis (powered by OpenAI GPT-4o).

The Service is provided "as is". We strive for uninterrupted availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

3. Registration and User Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

Be at least 14 years old. Users aged 14–18 require parental or guardian consent.
Provide a valid email address and not share your login credentials with third parties.
Confirm at registration that you are not a citizen of the Russian Federation.

      Use of the Service by citizens of the Russian Federation is not permitted under our policy (see Privacy Policy, Section 10).
    

You are responsible for the security of your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@gettripsplit.com.

4. User Responsibility for Data

You are solely responsible for:

the accuracy and legality of expense data you enter;
obtaining the consent of other trip participants for their data to be processed in the Service;
maintaining the confidentiality of third-party data added to trips.

Do not enter data about other people without their knowledge and consent. We are not liable for users' actions regarding third-party data.

5. Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you must not:

submit false, misleading or unlawful data;
attempt unauthorised access to Service systems;
use automated bulk data uploads without written permission;
reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract source code;
use the Service in violation of applicable law;
distribute malware or conduct attacks on Service infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate termination of access.

6. AI Features

The Service offers AI-powered expense analysis features (GPT-4o by OpenAI).

Important: AI analysis is provided for informational purposes only — to help you review and categorise your expenses. Analysis results do not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations or professional consultations. Do not make financial decisions based solely on AI analysis outputs.

When using AI features, expense data (amounts, categories, dates) is sent to the OpenAI API. See Section 4 of our Privacy Policy for details. You may choose not to use AI features if you prefer not to transmit data to OpenAI.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, logo and other materials, belongs to GetTripSplit and is protected by intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Data you enter in the Service (expense records, trip names) remains your property. You grant us the right to process such data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service;
our aggregate liability to you does not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months;
we are not liable for data loss due to technical failures (we recommend regularly exporting your data).

Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law (including EU consumer protection rules).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service interface at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union, including the GDPR and Directive 2000/31/EC on electronic commerce. Disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation, and if unresolved, before courts in the jurisdiction where the Service servers are located (Netherlands, EU), unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

1. Aceptación de los términos

Al utilizar GetTripSplit (el «Servicio»), disponible en gettripsplit.com, acepta cumplir los presentes Términos de Servicio («Términos»). Si no está de acuerdo, le rogamos que no utilice el Servicio.

Al aceptar estos Términos, confirma que ha leído nuestra Política de Privacidad y nuestra Política de Cookies.

2. Descripción del servicio

GetTripSplit es una aplicación web para registrar y repartir gastos compartidos en viajes. El Servicio le permite:

crear viajes y añadir participantes;
registrar gastos con importes, categorías y fechas;
calcular automáticamente quién debe qué a quién;
utilizar el análisis de gastos por IA (basado en OpenAI GPT-4o).

El Servicio se presta «tal cual» («as is»). Nos esforzamos por garantizar la disponibilidad continua, pero no garantizamos un 100 % de tiempo de actividad.

3. Registro y requisitos de los usuarios

Para utilizar el Servicio, debe:

Tener al menos 14 años. Los usuarios de entre 14 y 18 años requieren el consentimiento de sus padres o tutores legales.
Proporcionar una dirección de correo electrónico válida y no compartir sus credenciales de acceso con terceros.
Confirmar en el registro que no es ciudadano de la Federación Rusa.

      El uso del Servicio por parte de ciudadanos de la Federación Rusa no está permitido de conformidad con nuestra política (véase la Política de Privacidad, apartado 10).
    

Usted es responsable de la seguridad de su cuenta. Notifíquenos inmediatamente cualquier acceso no autorizado en support@gettripsplit.com.

4. Responsabilidad del usuario sobre los datos

Usted es el único responsable de:

la exactitud y legalidad de los datos de gastos que introduzca;
obtener el consentimiento de los demás participantes del viaje para el tratamiento de sus datos en el Servicio;
mantener la confidencialidad de los datos de terceros añadidos a los viajes.

No introduzca datos de otras personas sin su conocimiento y consentimiento. No somos responsables de las acciones de los usuarios en relación con los datos de terceros.

5. Actividades prohibidas

Al utilizar el Servicio, queda prohibido:

enviar datos falsos, engañosos o ilícitos;
intentar acceder sin autorización a los sistemas del Servicio;
realizar cargas masivas automatizadas de datos sin autorización escrita;
realizar ingeniería inversa, descompilar o extraer de cualquier otra forma el código fuente;
utilizar el Servicio en infracción de la legislación aplicable;
distribuir software malicioso o efectuar ataques a la infraestructura del Servicio.

Las infracciones pueden dar lugar a la cancelación inmediata del acceso.

6. Funciones de IA

El Servicio ofrece funciones de análisis de gastos basadas en inteligencia artificial (GPT-4o de OpenAI).

Importante: el análisis de IA se proporciona únicamente con fines informativos, para ayudarle a revisar y categorizar sus gastos. Los resultados del análisis no constituyen asesoramiento financiero, recomendaciones de inversión ni consultoría profesional. No tome decisiones financieras basándose exclusivamente en los resultados del análisis de IA.

Al utilizar las funciones de IA, los datos de gastos (importes, categorías, fechas) se envían a la API de OpenAI. Consulte el apartado 4 de nuestra Política de Privacidad para más detalles. Puede optar por no usar las funciones de IA si prefiere no transmitir datos a OpenAI.

7. Propiedad intelectual

El Servicio, incluidos su código, diseño, logotipo y demás materiales, pertenece a GetTripSplit y está protegido por la legislación de propiedad intelectual.

Se le otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para utilizar el Servicio con fines personales y no comerciales.

Los datos que introduzca en el Servicio (registros de gastos, nombres de viajes) son de su propiedad. Nos otorga el derecho a tratar dichos datos únicamente para prestar el Servicio.

8. Limitación de responsabilidad

El Servicio se presta «tal cual» sin garantías de ningún tipo. En la medida máxima permitida por la legislación aplicable:

no somos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes derivados del uso del Servicio;
nuestra responsabilidad total ante usted no superará el importe que haya pagado por el Servicio en los 12 meses anteriores;
no somos responsables de la pérdida de datos debida a fallos técnicos (recomendamos exportar sus datos regularmente).

Nada en este apartado limita la responsabilidad en los casos en que dicha limitación esté prohibida por la legislación aplicable, incluidas las normas europeas de protección de los consumidores.

9. Modificaciones de los términos

Podemos actualizar los presentes Términos. Le notificaremos los cambios sustanciales por correo electrónico o a través de la interfaz del Servicio con al menos 14 días de antelación.

El uso continuado del Servicio tras dicha notificación implica la aceptación de los Términos actualizados.

10. Legislación aplicable

Los presentes Términos se rigen por el derecho de la Unión Europea, incluidos el RGPD y la Directiva 2000/31/CE sobre comercio electrónico. Las controversias se resolverán primero mediante negociación y, si no se llega a un acuerdo, ante los tribunales de la jurisdicción donde se encuentran los servidores del Servicio (Países Bajos, UE), salvo que las normas imperativas de protección del consumidor de su jurisdicción dispongan lo contrario.
